By investing in this full-spectrum continuum, we ensure that youth receive the right response at the right time, reducing unnecessary court involvement and fostering lasting systemic change.
Our Six Tiers
The Ascent
The upstream diversion anchor. Structured mentorship, family support, and life-skills coaching help low-risk, first-time, and at-risk youth avoid deeper system involvement.
The Haven
A rapid community-based stabilization option for youth in acute behavioral crisis, including runaway youth and situations involving law-enforcement contact where formal detention is not appropriate.
The Turning Point
A structured diversionary pathway for justice-involved youth facing charges, combining legal accountability, restorative justice, community service, and intensive family engagement.
The Bridge
A high-accountability, step-down community placement for youth returning from SCDJJ facilities or residential care, focused on habit reformation, mentoring, and recidivism reduction.
The Harbor
A long-term "forever home" providing stable, ongoing residency and community integration for youth without a predetermined exit date.
The Horizon
The final launchpad for young adults transitioning into fully self-sufficient community living, backed by intensive employment coaching and financial literacy.
